What is CNC Punching and Its Process Logic and Flow

CNC punching is a high-precision metal sheet forming process fully controlled by a computer. It uses a CNC system to drive punching equipment and dies to quickly stamp preset holes and patterns on stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum, copper and other sheets, featuring high automation, stable forming and less waste.

Process flow:

① Drawing import and parameter setting: Input hole type, size, spacing and sheet information into the system for program editing;
② Sheet loading and positioning: Place the sheet stably on the workbench and ensure accurate processing position by positioning mechanism;
③ Die matching and adjustment: Select corresponding dies according to hole type and thickness, adjust stamping force and stroke;
④ Automatic punching: The equipment stamps continuously according to the program to realize one-step forming of multi-holes and special-shaped holes;
⑤ Finished product inspection and unloading: Check hole position accuracy, burr and appearance, then unload and deburr after qualification.
