Founded with Original Aspiration, Started Full Metal Mesh Production
Back in 1996, Yunde Metal was officially established in Anping County, widely known as the professional China wire mesh production base around the world. Our core founders, Mr. Chen and his spouse Ms. Yu, officially stepped into the metal manufacturing industry, purchasing 6 sets of original expanded metal mesh production machines to launch standardized batch production of steel mesh products. In the early stage of operation, we focused strictly on raw material screening, finished product quality inspection and honest cooperative service, steadily accumulating stable local customer resources, and laying a solid reliable foundation for the subsequent large-scale development of the factory and global export business.
Seize WTO Global Trade Dividend, Complete Factory Upgrading & Product Expansion
In 2000, China successfully joined the WTO, which opened up unlimited global cross-border trade channels for domestic industrial metal products. A large number of professional foreign trade procurement companies gathered in Anping to purchase bulk industrial metal mesh and steel plate products for overseas engineering export projects. Relying on stable production capacity, uniform product standards and competitive factory direct prices, Yunde Metal became a long-term designated cooperative supplier for dozens of foreign trade companies, accumulating solid capital strength and industry reputation.
In 2002, we achieved a key milestone in factory development: we independently purchased 10,000 ㎡ of standard industrial land to build the first standardized closed production workshop. The original 6 expanded metal mesh equipment was fully upgraded and expanded to 20 professional production units, and the daily output of heavy-duty steel mesh increased exponentially. Meanwhile, we newly introduced full-process supporting perforated metal mesh manufacturing equipment, officially launched a complete perforated metal production line, realized the diversified layout of core metal mesh products, and completed the full transformation from a small processing workshop to a formal large-scale comprehensive metal products manufacturing factory.
Large-Scale Capacity Expansion, Build a Complete Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop Cluster
Driven by the rapid growth of global industrial infrastructure demand and overseas bulk order procurement volume, Yunde Metal continued to expand production scale in 2006. We added another 30000㎡ of independent industrial production land, comprehensively optimized and upgraded all production processes, and expanded the total number of professional production lines to 40 sets. We built a one-stop integrated manufacturing system covering raw material cutting, automatic stamping, metal stretching, anti-corrosion surface galvanizing treatment, finished product sorting and full manual sampling inspection. At this stage, we became a high-quality core manufacturer with strong supply capacity in the domestic metal mesh industry, fully meeting the urgent demand for large-volume customized metal products from global engineering purchasers.
Independent Foreign Trade Department Established, Officially Layout Global Direct Export Business
In order to break the bottleneck of relying on intermediate foreign trade agents for a long time, directly connect with global end customers, reduce procurement costs for buyers and provide more professional one-stop export services, Yunde Metal set up an independent professional foreign trade operation center in Shijiazhuang, the core transportation hub city of Hebei Province in 2014. We recruited a full-time multilingual foreign trade sales team, set up special overseas customer docking, order follow-up, logistics arrangement and after-sales guarantee teams, fully launched independent global direct export business, and opened a new chapter of Yunde Metal going global in real sense.

After four years of precise global market layout and high-quality product service empowerment, Yunde Metal ushered in an important development milestone in 2018. Our annual comprehensive foreign trade turnover successfully exceeded 10 million US dollars. Our core high-quality cooperative customers are mainly distributed in high-standard demand areas such as Europe and South America, with more than 60 stable long-term overseas engineering purchasers and construction group partners. At the same time, the Yunde Metal brand was fully recognized in the global industrial metal products market, and our high-quality anti-slip steel plate, steel grating and metal mesh series were exported all over the world in batches.
